Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Benson Auto Zone, a business based at Kirinyaga Road, Nairobi, Nairobi County, Kenya. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Benson Auto Zone. "You" means the person placing an order or using the site.
You can reach us on +254111387596 or sales@bensonautozone.co.ke.
2. Using this site
You may browse and order for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including specifications, sizes and part numbers. Photographs are for illustration — tread patterns, sidewall markings, finishes and packaging can differ between production batches.
Fitment is your responsibility to confirm. Sizes, load indices, speed ratings and bolt patterns must match your vehicle's specification. Our vehicle lookup and size search are provided as a convenience and as a guide only; always check the placard inside your driver's door or your vehicle handbook. If you are unsure, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will help.
4. Prices
Prices are in KES and include VAT where it applies. They exclude delivery and any fitting or workshop services, which are quoted separately.
We try hard to keep prices accurate, but errors happen. If an item's price is wrong, we are not obliged to supply it at the incorrect price. We will tell you the correct price before you pay, and you may cancel at no cost.
5. How an order is formed
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. No payment is taken by this website. A contract of sale comes into existence only when we confirm your order — including stock availability and the final total — and you pay us directly. See our payment policy for the full detail of how this works.
We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where an item has sold out, where the price or description was wrong, or where we cannot verify your contact details.
6. Payment
We do not collect card or mobile money credentials on this website. Payment is agreed and made directly with us by M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash, as set out in our payment policy. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
7. Delivery
Delivery areas, charges and timelines are set out in our shipping and delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
8. Returns and warranty
Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer or their local distributor and are subject to their assessment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of a vehicle, loss of income, or towing and recovery costs.
We are not liable for damage or injury arising from incorrect fitting, fitting by a third party, continued use of a damaged item, or use of a product outside its rated load or speed specification.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, and our own photography — belongs to us. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would always rather resolve a problem with a phone call first — please contact us before escalating anything.
